Privacy

The short version

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking of any kind. The only information we receive is what you choose to type into the contact form.

What the contact form collects

If you submit an enquiry, we receive the fields you complete: your name, company or FBO, email address, telephone number, airport identifier, preferred time to be reached, the nature of your enquiry, and anything you write in the message box.

That submission is delivered to the firm by email. It is read by a principal and kept with our correspondence for that enquiry. We use it to reply to you and, if an engagement follows, to carry out that work.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
• We do not add you to a marketing list or send unsolicited mail.
• We do not share enquiry details with third parties except where you have asked us to, or where the law requires it.

Others who touch the site

• Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, which include visitor IP addresses.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Loading them sends your IP address to Google.
• Our email provider handles delivery of form submissions to us.

Confidentiality

Enquiries about a possible sale are commercially sensitive, and we treat them that way. We do not disclose that you have approached us, or anything you tell us about a business, without your direction.

Access and deletion

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and say so, and we will act on it.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date above changes with it.
